These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and zbaji ("zbaji", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the zbaji online betting and casino platform accessible at zbaji.today and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all services offered through the Platform including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, promotions, loyalty programmes and any other gaming products or services made available from time to time.

In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between the English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail. zbaji's services are directed at adult residents of Bangladesh. zbaji reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility requirements are not met or where submitted information cannot be verified to zbaji's satisfaction. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension of the account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals or bonus balances.

Each player may hold only one registered account on the zbaji Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single player ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms. zbaji uses technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, zbaji reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any winnings, bonuses or pending withdrawals associated with those accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. zbaji will never ask you to disclose your password by email, SMS or through any third party. You must notify zbaji immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. zbaji accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

• You must ensure that all personal details provided to zbaji are accurate and kept up to date. Inaccurate personal information may result in account verification failure and delays in processing withdrawals.
• You must not share your account with any other person. Account sharing, transfer or sale is strictly prohibited. Any winnings generated while an account is being used by an unauthorised party may be voided.
• You must not use the account for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment. Commercial use, automated gameplay via bots or scripts, and any form of arbitrage betting intended to exploit platform pricing is prohibited.
• You must log out from your account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device. zbaji accepts no responsibility for losses incurred as a result of failure to log out.

zbaji reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it has reason to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms, or that the player poses an unacceptable risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players. In such cases zbaji will make reasonable efforts to return verifiable player funds to the account holder following completion of any necessary KYC review.

All deposits and withdrawals on the zbaji Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). zbaji supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer to and from major Bangladeshi banks as its primary payment methods. zbaji does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the account used to make a deposit must be registered in the same name as the zbaji account. Any attempt to deposit using a payment method belonging to a different person may result in the deposit being returned and the account being reviewed.

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of identity verification (KYC). zbaji processes withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad with an average processing time of 15 minutes following approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution. zbaji reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed in the account cashier section at the time of each transaction.

• Deposits are for the sole purpose of funding your zbaji account for gambling activity. zbaji does not use player deposits for any purpose other than holding them as player funds.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the limits of that method. Where a deposit method does not support withdrawals, zbaji will process the withdrawal to an alternative verified method registered to the same account holder.
• zbaji does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.) or bank may apply their own transaction fees, for which zbaji accepts no responsibility.
• zbaji does not offer credit facilities. Players may only gamble with funds that are deposited in their zbaji account. Negative balances are not permitted.

Any balance remaining in a zbaji account that has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the fee schedule. zbaji will make reasonable efforts to contact account holders prior to applying any inactivity fee. zbaji offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits and eligible game restrictions. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

The welcome bonus available to new zbaji players is subject to a minimum first deposit requirement and a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The standard welcome bonus wagering requirement is stated clearly on the bonus landing page and in the promotions section. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable wagering requirement and acknowledge that failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified time period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to meeting the applicable wagering requirement.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Players who attempt to claim multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate accounts will have all associated accounts and bonuses voided.
• Free spins credited as part of a promotion are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the specific promotion terms. Winnings from free spins that have not met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.

Sports betting at zbaji is governed by the specific betting rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. These rules address topics including settlement of markets, handling of postponed or abandoned events, void bets, early payout offers, accumulator rules and in-play betting procedures. By placing a bet on zbaji you agree to the betting rules as they apply to the specific market and event type selected. zbaji's cricket betting markets for Bangladesh Tigers, BPL and IPL are settled in accordance with the official results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB).

Casino games offered on the zbaji Platform use certified random number generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi. • zbaji reserves the right to void any bet or gaming transaction that has been placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a technical fault in the Platform. In such cases zbaji will refund the original stake to the player's account.
• Minimum and maximum bet and stake limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed in the relevant game or market interface and are subject to change at zbaji's discretion.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical disruption during a live casino session, zbaji's system will record the game state at the point of disconnection. Where a round was in progress at the time of disconnection, the outcome will be determined by the game engine's recorded state and cannot be overturned.
• zbaji's decision in relation to the outcome of any bet or game, the application of these Terms, and any dispute relating to game results is final and binding, subject to the complaints procedure described below.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zbaji Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud, money laundering, or any attempt to use the Platform to process proceeds of criminal activity. zbaji applies anti-money laundering (AML) screening to all accounts and transactions and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities without notice.
• Collusion between players, including any form of chip dumping in live casino games, sharing of inside information on sporting events, or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit platform pricing.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other non-human mechanism to access the Platform, place bets, or gain any advantage over other players or the Platform itself.
• Exploitation of software errors, technical faults, or misconfigured odds — including circumstances where a market has been offered at odds that are clearly erroneous. Any winnings generated through exploitation of such errors will be voided.
• Any abusive, threatening, defamatory or harassing behaviour directed at zbaji staff, live casino dealers, or other players through any communication channel associated with the Platform.

zbaji's determination that prohibited conduct has occurred is at its sole reasonable discretion and is final subject to the formal complaints procedure. Where zbaji suspects prohibited conduct, it may freeze the relevant account and hold funds pending investigation for a period of up to 180 days. zbaji will cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies in any investigation relating to prohibited conduct.

All content on the zbaji Platform — including but not limited to the zbaji brand name and logo, all text, graphics, user interfaces, visual design, software, data compilations, game content supplied under licence from third-party providers, and the overall architecture of the Platform — is the property of zbaji or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, transmitted or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of zbaji.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the zbaji Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment only. This licence does not include any right to copy, scrape, crawl, index, frame, mirror, extract data from, or otherwise interact with the Platform other than through its standard intended user interface. Any breach of this clause will result in immediate termination of your account and licence.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zbaji's total liability to you in connection with the Platform and these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your zbaji account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. zbaji shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

zbaji does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. zbaji makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or availability. zbaji will use reasonable commercial efforts to maintain Platform uptime but accepts no liability for losses arising from scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party network failures, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or government actions affecting internet access in Bangladesh.

zbaji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, zbaji will notify registered players by means of a notice on the Platform or by SMS to the registered mobile number. The updated Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notification. By continuing to access or use the Platform after the effective date of any amendment, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account by contacting [email protected].

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations. zbaji is committed to resolving disputes with players in a fair and transparent manner. Any formal complaint must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. zbaji will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 48 hours and will provide a formal response within 14 business days.
